Swiss Cleanwater Group Machine 60

As the youngest generation of Swiss Cleanwater Machines (SCM 24) demand increased, our engineers wasted no time and worked hard to develop a machine with the same features but a higher production capacity. This led to the development of the SCM 60. As its previous generation, the SCM 60 was developed around the electrolysis reactor, which has proven to be the best technology available to produce clean and healthy water. The electrolysis running reactions oxidize water contaminants, independent of the particular type of substance, into carbon dioxide and water, thereby decontaminating the water. The electrolytic production of free chlorine, without added agents or chemicals, allows a reliable reduction of the bacterial count. This unit reliably and continuously disinfects water so that an acceptable drinking water quality can be guaranteed even if the piping is contaminated.

SCM 60 is capable of producing more than twice as much clean drinking water as the SCM 24 by using the activated charcoal cascade which absorbs and eliminates pesticides, herbicides as well as hydrocarbons and chlorine. In addition, the activated charcoal improves the smell and taste of the water. When running, clear water activates a sensor driven electronic control which then activates a UV-C lamp with a wavelength of 254 nm for the preventive and additional disinfection of the controlled water flow. The amount and rate of flow of the water is adjusted to the power of the lamp thereby guaranteeing sanitized water .

Reliable water preparation with consistent quality is reached by the combination of pre-filtering , electro-chemical oxidation-reduction reactions, subsequent adsorption cascade and UV sterilization .
