History of Water (p.3) |
|
By the early 1900s, water treatment experimentation had turned from the prevention of waterborne diseases to the creation of softer, less-mineralized water. These water softeners, which use sodium ions to replace water-hardening minerals in water, were first introduced into the water treatment market in 1903. This theory would eventually be used to remove lead, mercury, and other insidious heavy metals from water. Today the technologies available allow us to enjoy clean water. We just took a quick tour through the history of the evaluation of water treatments. The history presented to us the essence of how the water was and still is what holds societies together. It also showed that the Ancient civilizations flourished and thrived near the water source, which we still can observed around the world. History also showed us that water was necessary for survival and this concept has not change today and it will not change in the future. Our ancestors were much concerned about the volume of water they possessed rather than the quality of the water source. In the past as well as today more time and experimentation are conducted on the aesthetic problems like the water appearance, taste and odor. Today societies around the world realize the importance of pure, clean healthy drinking water. This quest to provide societies with pure water has led many inventions and innovations that reached to us after a long journey of thousands years of experimentations, today Swiss Cleanwater Group machines have achieved what many civilizations tried to go without, Clean, pure and Healthy drinking water. At Swiss Cleanwater Group, it is our mission to provide the best technology available to produce Healthy clean drinking water to our communities around the world. Read more about our Mission.
