For instance, industrial wastewater with dissolved zinc compounds is released from battery production industries, galvanic industries, the fertilizer industry etc. The chemical wastes dumped in landfills also release zinc compounds that eventually get mixed with groundwater. Besides all these industrial sources (unnatural sources), zinc also dissolves in groundwater through naturally present zinc ores like sphalerite (ZnS) and Smithsonite (ZnCO3). Zinc in drinking water should be adequately dealt in order to purify water of this form of contamination along with other types of drinking water contamination. This can only be achieved by installing ideal machines that would deal with the zinc contamination and free the water of the contaminant compounds. The machines should be ideal, truly serving the purpose of modern human civilization by purifying the contaminated groundwater and making it fit for drinking. The ideal machines should be easy to install, should not be overpriced and should definitely be easy to operate.
